122 Scorer Street benefits from a live-in husband and wife management team who have worked in the care sector with a variety of client groups for over twenty years.

The Management Team

The Manager: Adrian O'Brien is NVQ Level 4 RMA qualified and has several years experience working with people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders in both direct care and management positions.
Programmes Manager: Rachel O'Brien is similarly qualified not only in care but also in nutrition. She has worked with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders for many years in a direct care and supervisory role.
Quality Manger: Kathryn Skaskiw has over 30 years experience of caring for adults with a learning Disability in both Hospitals and within the community. She is trained in the delivery and maintaining of Individual Support Plans and currently working towards Level 5 Diploma in Care Management.

Staff Team

Team Leaders: Zoe Jenner and Bernadette Maggs are highly motivated, experienced ladies which are NVQ level 3 trained and have worked with Autism and Learning Disabilities for several years
Activity Coordinator: Dawn Janney, is an experirienced lady and enthusiastic with the delivery of meaningful activities. She is currently working towards Diploma level 3 in Care

Support Staff: Simona Daykin, Lee Newton, Katy Hewitt and Brian Hopkins have either gained or are working towards NVQ Level 3 Care, they have many skills and interests such as Arts & Crafts, gardening, baking & cooking, computers, cars, etc, which they support others with.

Volunteers: Carol King, Dimitar Dimitrov, Kane Skaskiw and Barrie Mansell are as equally trained and assist with tranportation, gardening, baking, and supporting the staff team with general day to day tasks.
The whole staff team have all completed an induction programme, attend regular training in Health & safety, Food Handling, First Aid, Care Plans, SafeGuarding, Mental capacity act, Communication and Manual handling.
All Staff have 6 weekly supervisions and annual appraisals.
